Event Policy: 🚫No parties allowed🚫 ❄️ A/C Policy: To help keep the home comfortable and protect the A/C system from damage, please keep the thermostat between 70°F and 76°F. Please do not set the temperature below 68°F, as this may cause the unit to freeze and lead to damage. Thank you for your cooperation. 🚭 No Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any smoke producing substances are strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and must take place at least 10 feet away from all doors, windows, balconies, patios, and entry points. Guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials. Any evidence of indoor smoking, including smoke odor, marijuana odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or stains, will result in an additional fee of $500 to $1,000, depending on the severity of the violation, to cover damage, deep cleaning, odor remediation, HOA fines or loss of revenue if the home cannot host the next guest. Any damage to outdoor furniture, cushions, or other exterior amenities caused by smoking, burns, ash, or improper cigarette disposal will also result in additional charges. 🚗 Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway. Cars are not permitted in the garage, as the space is dedicated to guest amenities. Please do not attempt to move or park vehicles inside the garage. Guests must park only in the designated parking areas for the property and follow all parking instructions provided before arrival. Street parking, oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, or extra vehicles are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance for that property. Although this is a safe neighborhood, please remember to lock all doors when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for any vehicles on the property. Please ensure all vehicles are locked when unattended. Guests are responsible for any fines, towing charges, HOA violations, or damage caused by failure to follow parking rules. 🐾Pet Policy Pets are permitted only with prior host approval, and a pet cleaning fee will apply. If you plan to bring a pet, please add them to your reservation in advance so they can be approved and our cleaning team can prepare accordingly, as a deep cleaning is scheduled after any pet stay to ensure the property is properly sanitized for the next guest. Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or furniture unless otherwise noted for that specific property. If you leave the home and cannot guarantee your dog will stay off the furniture, we kindly ask that you crate them or bring your own protective cover for the couch. If there is evidence of pets on furniture, an additional fee may apply, as special equipment may be needed for cleaning. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets right away, both inside and outside, including the front yard, backyard, and during neighborhood walks. If pet waste is found on the property after checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Any pet waste left behind, damage caused by a pet, or violation of the pet policy may result in additional cleaning, repair, or penalty fees. Please follow these important bunk bed safety guidelines: Usage Guidelines: 🛏️ The top bunk consists of two twin beds—only one person is allowed per bed, for a maximum of two people total. 🛏️ The combined weight limit for the top bunk is 400 lbs total 🛏️ The upper bunks are not recommended for children under 6 years old. 🛏️ No jumping, climbing, or rough play on or around the bunk beds. 🛏️ Do not hang or attach anything (e.g., belts, jump ropes, hooks) to the bed frame. This can create a serious strangulation hazard. Safety Requirements: ⭐ Always use the guardrails on both sides of each upper bunk. ⭐ Use the ladder carefully and ensure it is securely attached. We hope you enjoy using it during your stay! Here are a few guidelines to ensure a safe and relaxing experience: Usage Guidelines: ⭐ Preheat: Allow the sauna to preheat to your desired temperature. This usually takes about 30-40 minutes. ⭐ Temperature: The sauna is most effective between 150°F and 195°F (65°C and 90°C). Adjust to your comfort level. ⭐ Timing: Limit your sauna sessions to 15-20 minutes to avoid overheating. ⭐ Do not leave wooden spoon in water bucket. Please place on holder on the wall. ⭐Please use towels on seat & floor Safety: ⭐ Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna to stay hydrated. ⭐ Cool Down: Take a cool shower or rest for at least 10 minutes after your session to let your body adjust. ⭐ Health Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before using the sauna. ⭐ Never Sleep Inside: Do not fall asleep in the sauna. Always stay awake and alert. ⭐ Supervision: Children should always be supervised by an adult while using the sauna. For children, use a lower temperature and shorter duration. Bugs We have monthly professional pest control to help keep the home comfortable. Because the property is up on the ridge and close to the Provo River, you may see occasional bugs in the area. To help prevent them from coming inside, please keep the upstairs doors and the garage door closed when not in use. Please treat the home with care and report any issues immediately.
